I am currently a Sports Reporter and Anchor at WSYR NewsChannel 9 in Syracuse, New York where I cover all things Syracuse Athletics as well as the Syracuse Mets, Crunch and Section III high school sports throughout the year. I completed my Masters degree in 2023 from the Newhouse School of Public Communication, returned back to the 315 and have been there ever since.

 

My day-to-day always looks a little different, but includes everything from turning feature packages, anchoring, shooting highlights and editing them, or even doing live hits for our sports/news blocks. If there is one thing that I love about my job it is connecting with athletes around the community and telling their stories. ​​

 Additionally, I am a graduate of the University of Michigan with an Honors degree in Communication and Media and a minor in Digital Studies. I was born and raised in Michigan and attended Marian High School where I played Varsity Golf and was the captain Senior year. Since retiring from the sport competitively, I still find myself playing when my schedule allows.

These experiences have molded me into a diligent worker and charismatic young professional that makes me an asset to any team.
